1. Products and Services

Full Auto Trading sells automated NinjaScript strategies and indicators (“Products”) for use with the NinjaTrader 8 trading platform. Our Products are software tools only. We are not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), commodity pool operator (CPO), or broker-dealer, and nothing we offer constitutes investment, trading, or financial advice.

2. Licensing

Each Product is licensed, not sold, to you for use on a single machine. Licenses are managed through our third-party licensing provider, Keygen, and are machine-locked at the time of activation.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any Product or its source code. Each license is intended for the use of the individual or entity who purchased it.

If you need to transfer your license to a new computer, contact us at support@fullautotrading.com and we will assist with the transfer.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products and the immediate delivery of license keys upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a Product has been purchased and a license key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue with a Product, please contact us at support@fullautotrading.com and we will do our best to help resolve it.

5. No Guarantee of Performance

Our Products are tools that automate the execution of a defined trading strategy. We do not guarantee profits, specific results, or any particular trading outcome. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for monitoring any automated strategy running on your account.

6. Third-Party Platform

Our Products are designed for use with NinjaTrader 8. Full Auto Trading is an independent third-party vendor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader, LLC or any of its affiliates. NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader, LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Auto Trading and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to trading losses — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any Product purchased from fullautotrading.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All Products, including their source code, logic, and associated materials, remain the intellectual property of Full Auto Trading. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Product as described in Section 2 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Full Auto Trading operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
